    1/2 Green Apple

    1/2 Cucumber 

    1/2 Large Lemon 

    1 Handful of Spinach 

    1 Handful of Kale 

    Add a piece of Ginger Root

    1 Cup of water

    1 spoon of Chia Seeds

    1/2 Cup of Ice
